Almyra is the first restaurant of Alex Mantoglou which opened in the spring of 2015 in Armonia Bay hotel in Samos island, Greece.
The outdoor dining terrace has a mellow and calming atmosphere, overlooking the gulf of Samos and the blue Aegean sea. The cuisine focuses in creating elegant dishes inspired by the timeless traditions of the Mediterranean. Seasonal, light and exciting dishes to reflect the freshness of summer with a delicate balance of flavours. Only the best raw ingredients are used in Almyra’s kitchen where no artificial enhancers or flavoring agents exist.
